"Totally worth it for the convenience"
The financing was really easy to set up, and having different payment options made a big difference. I was able to get the tires I needed without feeling stressed about paying all at once. it felt like a smart and worthwhile option...

"Waiting area was okay, but a little tight"
The chairs were comfy enough, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, I’m personally not a fan of cramped waiting areas, and this one felt a bit tight for my liking.

"Easy booking, but a bit of a wait"
I used Dobbs to book my service, it was simple! The only downside was that I still ended up waiting longer than I expected once I got there... not a huge deal, though. The staff was friendly, and the work got done just fine — I just wish the timing had been a little better.

"Warranty Took a While, But Got Handled"
Had a small issue and ended up using the warranty. i’m worn out from dealing with customer service stuff in general, so I wasn’t thrilled to go through the process. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but they eventually sorted it out and kept me updated enough along the way. Not amazing, not terrible, overall it was a fair experience.

"Booking was actually easy"
I used gotodobbs.com to schedule my appointment, and it was painless. I picked my store, chose a time, and got the confirmation right away. I kept thinking I was missing a step or that there’d be some extra form at the end, but nope, that was basically it. Maybe I’m just used to these things being more complicated, but it was nice to have it work the first time.

"Decent rim repair for the price"
I brought my rims in to get fixed and overall they did a good job. If you’re expecting a perfect, showroom-level finish, you might want to ask a few more questions first, but for what I needed, it worked out well. The price felt fair and I’d consider going back if I had similar damage again

I tried stopping by after work and they were already closed, which was frustrating. To me, it feels like their hours are set up more for people who have a really flexible schedule, not anyone working a typical day. I ended up having to look for another option, which just wasted extra time. The website didn’t really make the process feel any easier either. Maybe it works fine for some people, but for me the hours weren’t helpful at all.

"Pretty Good Support, I Guess"
Support was super nice and really helpful. I was kind of annoyed at first because I didn’t want to deal with the issue at all, but they were friendly the whole time and got things sorted out. So yeah, great experience, even though I’m still mildly irritated it had to happen in the first place.

I felt good about ordering from here because the prices seemed fair compared to a few other places I looked at. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option, but it still felt like I was getting decent value, and that matters to me because I hate feeling like I overpaid. "Really poor service overall"
i mean, the whole experience was disappointing. It took ages to get replies, and it felt like nobody really cared. I kept having to follow up just to get basic help, which got frustrating fast. I wouldn’t use them again.

I booked a road test practice session through the site and it was smooth overall. The instructor showed up on time and helped point out a few little mistakes I probably wouldn’t have noticed before the actual test. My only issue was the scheduling — there weren’t many time slots available. Maybe they’re just really busy or short on instructors lately, but I’m not totally sure. Still, the practice itself was definitely worth it.

I stopped by Dobbs recently, the place seemed really clean. The waiting area, floors, and even the restroom all looked like they were being kept up well. It kind of made the whole visit feel a little easier and less stressful. From what I could tell, they actually put some effort into maintaining the place.

I was really grateful for how easy it was to find an appointment on Dobbs. There were plenty of times available, so I didn’t have to call around or wait several days to get in. I just picked a spot that worked after work, booked it quickly, and was able to get in when I needed. Super simple, which I really appreciated

I had a really good experience with gotodobbs. Communication was easy, and I never felt like I had to keep chasing someone for answers. Relief.
